得悉環境局局長黃錦星將於周一（25日）出席立法會環境事務委員會，報告《香港資源循環藍圖2035》的落實進度，並首次就可持續發展委員會（SDC）本月22日公布的管制即棄塑膠公眾參與報告，接受議員質詢。綠惜地球一直關注SDC的諮詢報告，尤其有關「可降解」塑膠的建議。「可降解」塑料是一個大類別，發展迅速，國際間亦關注到其降解的可靠性。然而，SDC只狹隘地建議管制「氧化式可分解塑膠」(Oxo)，是為重大漏洞。...
