Since 2016, The Green Earth (TGE) has been pushing for a Producer Responsibility Scheme on Plastic Beverage Containers. In 2021, the Environmental Protection Department’s (EPD) initial PPRS proposal sparked discussions within the industry regarding the acceptable rebate level for single-use plastic bottles.
